Placing a hold is easy!  

You can reserve an item by calling one of our branches.  Please make sure to specify the branch where you will be picking up your book.  

You can, also, visit any of our branches and ask the staff to assist you with placing a hold.  

Did you know that you can place a hold online?  Before we proceed, you will need to have your library card handy.  Do you know your PIN? If you have never accessed your account online, it should be the last 4 digits of your library card number.   

To place a hold online:

1. Click on this link: ONLINE CATALOG

2. Search for the item you're interested in

3. Once found, click on the check box next to the title and click on Request Hold.  Here's how it should look:

4. You will be prompted for your Library ID number as well as for your PIN.  Don't forget to specify the branch where you will be picking up your books.

5. Click on "Submit Request" and that's it!  You will receive a phone call from the branch once the item is ready for you to pickup.
