Reference Services are available at each branch location.

• Phoned reference questions will be answered with a callback as soon as staff is able to research the question asked.
• Patrons are asked to please limit questions and try to visit a branch for assistance whenever possible.
• In-house patrons will be given priority.
• Second-hand research (phoned reference questions) may not be the best way to go if a grade or other important issue requires indepth research.
• No guarantee can be given as to the timeliness of answers due to the unknown demands that may occur at any time in the branches.
